Holiday Meals

I must review Foodland’s Deli on their exceptional ThanksGiving dinner.

As I stated, exceptional.  The meal consisted of your choice of turkey (regular, salsa, smoked).  I went ahead and purchased the smoked at $79.99.   Placing my order a week in advance and was told to pick up my meal at 1pm on Thanksgiving day.  I must say it was great!  Very good turkey with a nice smoke flavor.  Yum yum!

There were plenty of fixings to go along with the turkey.  It consisted of green bean casserole topped with bits of bacon, mash potatoes, stuffing with cranberries.  It was all accompanied with two gravies, light and dark.  Of course there were rolls to help clean up the plates.  Finally for desert, there was a apple pie.

Overall, the Thanksgiving meal is a great purchase!  Taste was great, convenience was even better and there was practically no cleanup involved.

Ham dinner with yams, green beans, mashed potatoes.  Once again, very easy meal.  No cooking no mess and very little clean up.   Best part, ham sandwiches.
